Paper Invoices
79% of all invoices are paper-based.* As a result, any complete AP solution must account for document management and data capture.
As part of The Complete AP Solution, Anybill provides the following document management and data capture services:
- Receipt & Sorting – Anybill will receive, sort and prepare invoices and related Accounts Payable documents for scanning.
- Scanning & Archival– Anybill will scan and index invoices and related Accounts Payable documents and convert them to electronic PDF format. Anybill will also archive all electronic images.
- Data Entry– Anybill will perform invoice data entry. Invoice header information is captured and invoice line-item detail capture is available.
Electronic Invoices
For electronic invoices, our AnyAP software provides a standardized XML data interface to enable clients or vendors to directly submit invoice data. In addition, AnyAP provides an Internet-based data entry interface, allowing clients or vendors to submit invoice data directly into AnyAP – including any related document images – via the Internet.
