Hotel Giant, Marriott International, Inc., Chooses Anybill's Solution For Marriott ExecuStay

BETHESDA, Maryland // November 1, 2004 // Anybill, Inc. has announced today the initiation of their relationship with Marriott International, Inc., a leading worldwide hospitality company. Anybill will provide accounts payable solutions and services for Marriott's newly acquired line of corporate apartments, ExecuStay.

Marriott evaluated numerous software and outsourcing options in an effort to implement more effective procedures and controls for Marriott ExecuStay. Marriott's goal is to better manage their expenses, improve profitability, and give their corporate office more visibility into the properties and how the bills are being paid at the property level.

Marriott chose Anybill's accounts payable solution because of Anybill's ability to configure their solution to meet Marriott's strict requirements, mirror their existing internal operations, and interface with their proprietary financial software. The Anybill software automates Marriott's existing processes, such as identifying billing discrepancies and utility usage thresholds.

To implement the solution, Anybill worked with Marriott's corporate management team to determine the best standards and controls to support ExecuStay and the Anybill staff worked with individuals at both the corporate and property levels to learn their processes.
