Hospitality Multi-National
Headquartered in DC, this client is a leader in temporary furnished housing, corporate housing, relocation housing, and insurance housing solutions. They offer more than 6,000 fully-furnished apartments, condominiums, and single family homes in locations across the globe.
As part of a business turnaround initiative, which included a new strategy for dealing with Critical Accounts Payable, the client adopted Anybill's software and services. The ongoing engagement produced immediate and stunning results for the client, as detailed below:

The American Occupational Therapy Association is the national professional association of occupational therapy practitioners and students of occupational therapy. AOTA advances the quality, availability, use, and support of occupational therapy through standard-setting, advocacy, education, and research on behalf of its members and the public. The association has 85 full-time staff, 38,000 members and an annual budget of $16,500,000.
AOTA was introduced to the Anybill system by its accounting firm in 2004. Adoption of Anybill's software and services has enabled the association to save money by eliminating a full time AP staff position. The association also saves staff time by giving its more than fifty end-users extraordinarily broad access to the invoice approval process from any location, at any time. AOTA payees—particularly volunteer leaders being reimbursed for travel expenses—benefit from AOTA's ability to make direct deposits without delay.

The organization serves as a leading advocacy group for the automobile industry on a range of public policy issues. The Alliance's accounts payable process involves 46 staff members, many of whom travel extensively. The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers is an international trade association for commercial insurance and employee benefits intermediaries. The group has 25 full-time staff and an annual budget of $12,500,000.
In an effort to dramatically improve the Council's business processes in 2002, President, Ken Crerar, installed Anybill and introduced his accounting firm to the system. CIAB has found Anybill to be the definition of scalability. Our platform has provided cost-effective AP service as CIAB's budget grew from $3 million six years ago to more than four times that amount in 2008.

The Foundation conducts, sponsors and authors research, seminars and conferences, academic exchanges, publications, and development programs. In its Washington, DC and New York City offices, the group employs a total of 7 people. Its annual budget is $800,000.
Introduced to Anybill by its accounting firm, the Foundation has been using our Internet-based AP technology since 2005. The system's ability to display transaction data anywhere at any time suits the very heavy travel schedule of the Foundation's payment decision-makers. They can view pertinent information and approve payment from any location on their international itineraries. National Minority AIDS Council

The National Minority AIDS Council is a 501 (c) 3 organization developing leadership within communities of color to address the challenges of HIV/AIDS. The Council conducts conferences, advocacy efforts, media relations activities, on-site organization needs assessment, and education. Upon the recommendation of its accounting firm, the Council installed Anybill in early 2008 Executive Director, Paul Kawata's initial hesitancy to outsource his AP function to an unknown third party subsided as he came to understand Anybill's unique system and advantages. The Special Libraries Association is a global association of information resource professionals who collect, analyze, evaluate, package, and disseminate information to facilitate accurate decision-making in corporate, academic, and government settings.
SLA promotes and strengthens its members through learning, advocacy, and networking initiatives. The organization has a staff of 28, 11,500 members and an annual budget of $7.1 million.
In 2005, at the recommendation of SLA's new accounting firm, the association began using Anybill AP services, enabling the group to eliminate its open full-time AP/AR position. In addition to creating a more efficient and lower cost Accounts Payable process, Anybill has been very effective in serving the needs of the association's special payment constituencies: its 100 chapters and volunteer leaders who incur SLA-related travel expenses. Access to Anybill's transaction information and approval process has been applied to each SLA staff member. This has dramatically improved the staff ‘s understanding of their place in the AP process and has reduced overall reliance on the accounting department to answer AP-related questions.
