Salesforce Administrator

A leading finance and accounting software and services firm located in downtown D.C. has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Sales/Marketing Operations Manager. This role will be responsible all sales and marketing CRM and marketing automation tools, which includes management of Salesforce.com and Marketo platforms. The Sales/Marketing Operations Manager will ensure the compliance of processes, development of the database in conjunction with Marketing and Sales.  In addition, this person will drive the implementation of lead scoring and nurturing to fully utilize the power of marketing automation.

Responsibilities:
This role will support our sales/marketing team using a full range of products (Salesforce.com CRM, Jigsaw, Marketo, etc.). Key areas of responsibility will include operational aspects such as:

• Salesforce ownership of mapping, layout and implementation of the data within the platform
• Lead management & nurturing, (with direction & support from Marketing and Sales)
• Data management (with direction & support from Marketing and Sales)
• Create reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Marketo Analytics
• Train and set-up new and existing users in both Salesforce and Marketo
• Assist customer service with the implementation of Service Cloud

Skills required:

• Analytical with an eye for detail
• Good level of technical expertise (Systems experience)
• Strong knowledge of salesforce.com
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
• Experience of project management
