Back Office

We know that great ideas, innovation and inspiration don’t come only from the top down. We encourage fresh thinking from every part of our organization. Knowing that the doors are open, employees respond.

For example, our back office processors (those who manage raw data that comes to us unformatted and conform it to our systems, from manual entry to scanning into and reviewing OCR systems) chose to call themselves Anybill’s SWAT team--Service With Accountability and Trust.  They strive not only to find more efficient operations within Anybill, but also to provide the best customer service when interacting with clients.
